- My aunt Esther drove me their from my mom's job. It took about 10-15 minutes. it went really well. I was introduced to everyone in the office.
4. What did you do when you first arrived at internship? Who did you see? Who did you talk to?
- When I first arrived their, I sat down with my mentor and began to talk about the schedule that we had talked about at the site visit. I saw the rest of the people in the office that I would be working with over the course of this internship: Ms. Teresa, Ms. Helen, and Ms. Rosalie. I talked to pretty much just Ms. Teresa and my mentor because I think I would be communicating with them the most, but I'm not sure of that yet; but I talked to everyone.
5. Where do you work (in the company, in the building, etc.)? What is your area like?
- Well I believe the company is in the building because I work with a non-profit organization. So far right now I'm working in the conference room as of right now because I'm installing and setting up computers for all the stations. My area is a cubicle where, and I'm working right but all of the
Internet connections cords and the router and all that stuff.

- During that time I pretty much continued to work on the computers and connected a couple computers
hardwired to the network (in which I assisted my mentor with). Put new hardware on the computers installed a printer, and took some pictures for my blog. My mentor took a unexpected picture of me.
8. What type of work do you see yourself doing in the next few days?
- I see myself finishing up on the computers, and getting out to helping the community part of the internship. Helping seniors with daily errands they can't do by themselves like go to the grocery store, etc. Also, working with their webmaster on getting their website remodeled.
9. What do you feel prepared to do? What do you think you'll do well?
- I think I'm safe to say that I'm prepared with the task that's set in front of me. I'm feelin pretty confident on this real world type thing. Communication is something that I think I will do well because I like to talk so if I can use that ability to a good use, then I think things will go right along smoothly.

- I'm excited about working here because I know that for 1 month, I don't have to worry about school, and the people, also drama that goes on. I myself complain less, and I here less complaining of others! But truly I'm excited to come here because This is one of the few things that I actually take very seriously.
12. What makes you nervous about working there?
- I'm not really a nervous person. I'm not really nervous at all I'm just staying calm, staying my place, and making sure that I'm checking with my mentor on What else eh needs me to do.
13. When did you get home? What was your afternoon/evening commute like?
- I got home around 4:45-5:00. When I got home, I felt like I knew what it was like working a 6 hour day and just wanted to relax; but obviously that wasn't the case. As soon as I walk in the door, all you here is ,"Ok boys get in the kitchen and start cleaning up!" I was like aw man! you can't wait until I take two steps at least in the house before chores are getting shoved down my throat. After that I just relaxed but had to go to bed earlier because I had to go to school.
